Not all of the 35 original restaurants have extended the offer.

Hi-Life Cafe in Fort Lauderdale is this week offering a choice of three appetizers (Escargots, Eggplant Parmagiana or Shrimp Pil Pil), three entrees (Steak Au Poivre, Southwestern Bolognese or Cashew Crusted Grouper) and three desserts (Orange Coconut Pie, Chocolate Coca-Cola Cake or Keylime Pie).
